Services At Brower/Jacques Design, Inc. we view the design process as the most important part of any building project. We see our efforts as a collaboration between the builder, the architect and a myriad of other qualified experts such as arborists, irrigation contractors and even environment consultants when needed. We love to be involved even before home plans or commercial architectural plans have been developed so that we can ascertain potential drainage problems, unusual site restrictions such as set back requirements, or the valuable protection of existing trees. Be it a simple back yard retreat, adding curb appeal, or a large residential master plan, good design efforts are priceless. A well-designed project will look better for the same amount of money than a project done without a comprehensive plan. We consider the design an evolutionary process, allowing each client time for input based upon initial conceptual designs and overall pricing information. Refinement of each design is critical so that budgetary and aesthetic aspirations are met.
